A previously distressed property and massive former warehouse located in one of Chicago's newest up and coming neighborhoods, Clinton Lofts is a prime example of Kilpatrick's expertise in urban residential conversions.  The building underwent a complete interior gut demolition and was developed into a 200 unit loft living community complete with lobby, fitness area, and balconies for each loft.  The ground level of this "H" style complex has retail, a parking garage, lobby and other features and conveniences for urban living.
