Located in Chicago's bustling South Loop and adjacent to the University of Illinois Chicago campus, this 1930's warehouse was ripe for adaptive re-use.  Kilpatrick converted the once delapitaded structure into a three story building that accomodates office, medical and high end retail clientele.
