Built in 1877, the building was first a warehouse then a colorful live performance nightclub in the 1990's.  Kilpatrick converted the building to a 112-unit luxury loft condo building.  The building has retail spaces on the first floor that contains restaurants, dry cleaning, convenience stores and other retail.
