Kilpatrick, Inc. completed the redevelopment and modernization of a 77,450-square-foot multi-tenant industrial facility situated on approximately 7.8 acres in Hammond, Indiana. Located adjacent to Interstate 80/94 with excellent regional transportation access, the project transformed the property into a functional industrial and logistics facility designed to accommodate multiple tenants and diverse operational requirements.

The project included exterior building improvements, site upgrades, parking and trailer storage areas, loading dock enhancements, and interior warehouse and office renovations.
