Another distressed and environmentally compromised site, Cub Terminal underwent and extensiive remediation to meet IEPA Industrial and Commercial Standards.  The successful project was redeveloped to include 8,000 sf of office space, a 600 foot overpass for the creek flowing on the site, utility installation and stormwater and sewage networks.
