Once a dilapitated site, Sunset Bay Marina was ripe for an overhaul. Kilpatrick, Inc. cleaned up the river front and remediated contaminated soil areas. Then Kilpatrick added 35 new slips, a sand beach, volleyball court, tanning deck and outside bar and grill. The project has become a destination for boaters go to and coming from Lake Michigan via the Calumet River.
